Your tasks
As a project manager, you contribute to the implementation of the cantonal strategy in the area of life-threatening and non-life-threatening medical emergencies.
In the Strategy and Coordination division of medical emergency services, you translate strategic directives into concrete projects and measures, working closely with the various involved stakeholders.
Your main tasks include in particular:
- Planning, managing and supporting projects in the field of medical emergency services
- Analysing and assessing the population’s needs and the development of requirements for medical care
- Preparing reports and decision-making bases
- Designing and implementing communication and information measures
- Accompanying, coordinating and ensuring the progress of the implementation of various measures
- Taking on organisational and administrative tasks related to the projects and activities of the division
Desired profile
- University degree or equivalent qualification in health, public health, public administration or management
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or public policy
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its main stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual and editorial skills
- Ability to mobilise various stakeholders and drive complex projects forward
- Initiative, independence and strong organisational talent
- Confident use of IT tools and experience in data processing
- Very good command of French or German with good knowledge of the partner language (B1–B2)
