A very good communicator, you assert yourself through natural leadership, great autonomy, and have developed a very good industrial technical culture in managing your projects. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent ability to adapt and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team with a large number of stakeholders is a source of motivation for you.
With an engineering (or technician) degree in mechanics, materials, micromechanics, or generalist, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrialization projects, managing and qualifying new equipment, production line transfers, investment (CAPEX), or retrofitting machines or complete lines (machining, grinding, electroplating, laser engraving, washing, etc.) in aeronautics, defense, automotive, watchmaking, or jewelry, etc. You have possibly worked on very fine components such as hands, movements, dials, sensors, microelectronics, etc.
