Do you enjoy turning a real estate opportunity into a concrete and value-creating project? We are looking for an experienced profile to lead the development and acquisition of renovation projects in Switzerland, with a key role in strategy, negotiation, and the delivery of ambitious projects.
Your area of responsibility
- Identify and develop new renovation project opportunities
- Lead project development from the design phase through to completion
- Prepare the decision-making foundations necessary for project development
- Define acquisition strategies and contribute to offer positioning
- Select architects, technical agents, and partners suited to project needs
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage calls for tenders with partners and agents
- Develop, negotiate, and finalise commercial offers and client contracts
- Develop and negotiate contracts necessary for project development and execution
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders during the development process
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, agents, and partners
Required qualities
- Higher education in real estate, architecture, engineering, business administration, or equivalent training
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Switzerland in the development and management of real estate projects, from design to completion, with proven experience in project acquisition
- Good understanding of issues related to construction and execution; direct experience in the construction phase is an asset
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and legal bases related to building permit procedures
- Experience in managing competitive procedures, calls for tenders, and selection of agents
- Ability to translate company strategy into concrete actions in project development and acquisition
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Interpersonal ease, confidence, and ability to unite stakeholders with diverse interests
- Great rigour, reliability, and integrity
