Your Tasks
- You ensure evidence-based and professional care on our ward by caring for patients with complex care situations, as well as accompanying, supporting and promoting staff and students.
- Based on ongoing reflection and review, you plan and design appropriate and sustainable development strategies together with the department management, the specialists of the other wards and the nursing expert to implement core topics such as consolidating the nursing process, implementing innovations, coaching staff, etc.
Your Profile
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH with a Bachelor or MAS in specialised, preferably oncological nursing, or are currently enrolled in one of these courses.
- A reflective, patient- and solution-oriented working style as well as a sense of responsibility and commitment characterise you.
- You maintain a respectful, professional and cooperative interaction with patients, relatives and staff at all levels and thus promote important interprofessional collaboration.
