The Secondary School and Vocational Training Office is the competence and service centre for vocational education, grammar schools, higher vocational education and further education in the canton of Zurich. We are committed to ensuring that young people in the canton of Zurich can complete a high-quality education. In the Department of Specialist Offices and Projects, a position as a clerk 50% is to be filled from 1 August 2026.
Your area of responsibility
In this position, you are the contact point for financial-technical questions and support the various teams in administrative implementation. You are responsible for daily invoice processing and ensure precise handling of budget preparation and credit accounting. You prepare expenditure approvals as well as cost commitments and accompany the approval process. As the person responsible for archiving, you advise the teams regarding structured filing and archiving. You also offer your assistance in planning and organising events.
Your profile
You are an administrative generalist and a reliable clerk with a focus on finance. You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and possess good Excel skills. You enjoy organisational tasks and optimising processes. With your ability to work in a team and discretion, you create trust in your work environment.
