Tasks

• Management of the medical-therapeutic care of mentally ill people, mostly over 60 years old
• Integrative therapeutic work and implementation of advanced treatment concepts in an interprofessional team
• In collaboration with assistant doctors and psychologists, intensive networking with follow-up caregivers and the patient’s support network
• Teaching / coaching of assistant doctors

Profile

• Advanced in specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or in further training with a focus on geriatrics
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
• Teamwork, flexibility and openness to new approaches
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Swiss medical diploma or, for foreign diplomas, registration in the MEBEKO register
