Position to be refilled in anticipation of a reorganisation.

Versatile Concierge at 70%

Service:

Concierge pool - college, multipurpose hall and Temple des Brenets

Activities:

Clean the premises.
Take care of the interior and exterior maintenance of the buildings.
Maintain the equipment provided and repair the furniture.
Manage the heating and ventilation of the buildings.

Desired profile:

Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or Federal VET Diploma in the building sector and/or several years of experience in concierge services and building maintenance work.
Category B driving licence.
Ability and interest to work independently.
Willingness to be present on site on certain weekends during events.
Flexibility and adaptability in case of replacements at other sites.
Good physical endurance.
Clean criminal record.
