Your Challenge
- Perform administrative tasks (telephone, mail, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Support the branch manager as well as the project managers
- General office and secretarial duties including reception
- Handling of quotations and offers as well as invoicing
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in this area
- Affinity for the building technology sector (HVAC) would be an advantage
- Resilient as well as team- and customer-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
- IT affinity
