The Bruggwiesen Residential and Nursing Centre in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in the third and fourth stages of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern centre and the external residential group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialised care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

In this exciting job
- You are responsible together with your colleagues for ensuring the care, support, and accompaniment of the residents
- You respond to the individual needs and wishes of our residents
- You are the contact person for our residents from 21:36 to 07:12
- You independently and responsibly carry out the care documentation
- You are accustomed to working independently
What you bring
- Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care
- Knowledge and experience in gerontological/geriatric care
- Ability to work independently
- User knowledge of common Office tools
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
