As of January 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a civil protection organization Illnau-Effretikon and surrounding area
YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:
- Contact person for partner organizations and leadership bodies
- Planning and conducting training, exercises, and reports
- Implementation of legal requirements and cantonal directives in the field of civil protection
- Networking with other sociocultural partners
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the civil protection organization
- Representation of civil protection in public and towards authorities
YOUR PROFILE FITS PERFECTLY IF YOU:
- Have operational experience in a civil protection or partner organization, among others as a basis for the role as civil protection operations leader
- Have experience in creating realistic, meaningful, and targeted operational exercises and training sequences
- Want to take on the leadership of the organization
- Maintain good and transparent cooperation with your deputies, the civil protection office, the material managers, and the platoon leaders
- Are present during service events
