Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact and represent Bucherer at the Zurich location
• Friendly reception as well as personal care of our national and international customers
• Active support and accompaniment of customers to the responsible sales consultants
• Responsibility for a consistently well-kept, inviting, and representative entrance area
• Receiving and forwarding internal and external telephone calls

Your skills

• Several years of experience in a service-oriented role with direct customer contact
• Fluent German and English skills (at least German C1); additional foreign languages are a plus
• Strong customer orientation combined with a high service and quality mentality
• Positive, communicative, and proactive personality with enthusiasm for excellent service
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Neat, stylish, and professional appearance
