To join our HVAC service department in Préverenges and thus intervene on behalf of a client at a defined site, we are looking for a:
Heat Pump Service Technician (m/f) 100%
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a refrigeration technician and proven experience in heat pump troubleshooting and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of heating systems and additional training in electricity would be a real asset.
- Good knowledge in the field of solar thermal and its installations.
- Good knowledge of automation and the various systems currently on the market.
- Autonomy, problem-solving skills, versatility, flexibility, analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Flexibility and availability, geographical proximity, ideally in the canton of Vaud.
- Initiative, organisational skills and ease in communication and common IT tools.
- Driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out heat pump service maintenance interventions in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure troubleshooting of heat pump and heating installations, establish fault and malfunction diagnostics.
- Provide advice and technical support to our clients.
- Maintain good relationships with our suppliers and partners and ensure quality and local service to our customers.
- Commission heat pump installations in coordination with our partners.
- Commitment and participation in the on-call service.
