We are looking for our client a :
Real Estate Accounting Manager
Responsibilities :
- Organise annual closings
- Preparation of buyer-seller statements
- Maintenance of accounting for buildings owned by various private owners
- Preparation of budgets, monitoring and comparison
- Management of debtors and litigation
- Management of suppliers and creditors
- Taxation (tax declaration - VAT statement)
- Management of salaries and social insurance
- Management of various projects
- Management of two assistant accountants
Profile :
- 35 to 45 years old
- Federal accounting certificate or equivalent (= an asset)
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate accounting
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools as well as Quorum
- Structured, organised and trustworthy person
