m3 management consulting in Zurich is looking for a (Senior) Management Consultant Energy Industry (m/f/d) who actively shapes the further expansion of our business in Switzerland – thinking entrepreneurially, close to the customer, and with the ambition to take responsibility far beyond the individual project.

Your role

• You independently design your projects and actively contribute: You do not just lead but deliver substantial content contributions together with the team from strategy to implementation – depending on the project, e.g. grids, sales, trading, shared services or prosumer topics.
• You identify topics in the Swiss energy market, position them with the client, and develop concrete opportunities from the first client contact through pre-sales to contract award.
• You take co-responsibility from the start for the expansion and further development of m3 Switzerland and prospectively grow into a leadership role.

Must-haves

• University degree
• At least 4-6 years of consulting experience at a management consultancy in the Swiss energy market
• Proven track record in independently leading demanding consulting projects
• Willingness and ability to work on projects with substantial content input
• Initial acquisition successes along the entire sales cycle
• Reliable network in the Swiss energy market
• German and English at negotiation level

Nice-to-have: language skills in French and/or Italian
