We are looking for our medico-social establishments (EMS) in Morges and Aubonne:

4 ASA Apprentices - Care and Support Assistants (M/F)

Starting August 1, 2026.

YOU HAVE

• A compulsory schooling certificate or you are about to complete your schooling.
• A well-defined professional project, thanks to an observation internship in EMS that allowed you to confirm your choice.
• A genuine motivation to commit for 2 years to supporting elderly and health-fragile people.
• A dynamic, willing, and empathetic nature, showing maturity and ease in teamwork.
• A good adaptability allowing you to follow a training rotation involving passing through 2 training departments during your apprenticeship.
• A good level of French and good listening skills.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in supporting residents in daily life and encourage them to participate in social life.
• Participate in health care and personal care.
• Provide assistance in housekeeping activities.
• Collaborate with professionals of the interprofessional team to ensure quality care for residents.
