Your tasks:
Participation in the planning and recruitment process for the Transver location
Support of the HR contacts of the group companies in problem situations
Support of the HR management in advising and accompanying managers on employee management issues and in carrying out labor law sanctions
Participation in the entire personnel administration for the Transver location
Participation in HR-specific projects
Support in master data maintenance for all group companies, especially Transver
Assistance in creating statistics, evaluations, and key figures for Transver
Recording of accident and sick reports with insurance including absence management for Transver
Management and assurance of the time recording system (personnel time recording and order time recording)
Administration and management of the cash register
Ensuring and carrying out incoming and outgoing mail
Assistance in organizing company events
Your profile:
You have a commercial basic education with further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field
In addition to confident German skills, you also have a good command of English, both spoken and written
You are proficient in handling common MS Office applications
