To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as

Head of Sanitary Department

Your tasks

• You take overall responsibility for the sanitary department and further develop it organisationally, technically and personally
• Support and development of the DACH market as well as France
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
• Support and advice for existing customers as well as active assistance in acquiring new projects
• Development of technical solution proposals and calculations
• Close cooperation with sales, project management, design and production
• Ensuring efficient organisation and continuous development of the department
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees

Your profile

• Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ, sanitary planner or comparable technical basic training
• Further training as chief foreman, project manager, technical merchant or comparable further training advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector
• First leadership experience or proven suitability for a leadership role
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Confident appearance towards customers, employees and business partners
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
