About the job

Are real estate your passion? With us, you take responsibility for a diverse portfolio, conduct contract negotiations with commercial and residential tenants, and maintain direct communication with various stakeholders. In doing so, you also represent Migros Aare in tenant associations and condominium owners' meetings.

What you achieve

• You independently manage an assigned real estate portfolio and ensure professional administration
• You support leasing, conduct rental contract negotiations, prepare rental contracts and addenda, and process turnover rent statements
• You manage tenancy relationships of rented properties and coordinate collaboration between landlords, partner tenants, and owners
• You prepare information and decision-making bases to support well-founded decisions
• You prepare service charge statements, ensure their quality, and keep deadlines in view. You represent Migros Aare as owner, landlord, or tenant in tenant associations and condominium owners' meetings
• You are responsible for the annual budget planning and conduct monthly closing controlling
• You participate in refurbishment and renovation projects and accompany their implementation from the perspective of property management

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a businesswoman / businessman with further training in property management
• Professional experience: professional experience in property management
• Thanks to your calm and considered manner, you keep an overview even in complex and hectic situations
• With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you convince different stakeholders and maintain a cooperative collaboration
• You impress with your talent in building and maintaining sustainable relationships
• Even under high workload, you work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
• Team spirit, commitment, and cooperative collaboration characterise you
• You hold a category B driving licence
• German (C1)
