We offer you a position in the Recovery and Resolution division as
Main Responsibilities
- Developing fundamentals, analyses, and decision templates for FINMA's executive management
- Building and contributing specialist expertise in the areas of resolution planning and assessment of banks' resolvability
- Professional exchange with supervised institutions as well as accompanying implementation work
- Creating resolution plans and assessing the restructuring and liquidation capability of institutions
- Participating in national and international authority exchanges
- Supporting case management for destabilised institutions
Profile
- University degree in economics, business administration, law, or a comparable field
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in the banking environment, at an audit firm, supervisory authority, or central bank
- Knowledge of liquidity management and/or stress tests and scenario analyses is an advantage
- Quick comprehension as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Communicative personality with high initiative and an independent, structured working style
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (C1); additional official language is an advantage
