Your Responsibilities
Develop systems, shape digitalisation
- ERP & Business Systems: You take ownership of the business systems for Orthodoo/Odoo and other assigned central business systems, managing the roadmap, requirements, releases, and technology partners
- Hands-on rather than just coordinating: You implement suitable configurations and optimisations in Odoo yourself - especially using standard functionalities and Odoo Studio. For more complex developments, you manage external specialists
- Governance & Know-how: You further develop our ERP governance, establish clear roles, testing and acceptance processes, and build an effective key-user organisation with the departments that ensures documentation, knowledge transfer, and training

- Digitalisation & Processes: You analyse business processes, identify improvement and digitalisation potentials, and translate business requirements into viable system solutions.
- Corporate Development & Projects: You lead and support selected digitalisation and strategic corporate development projects - from analysis and business case to implementation and change management
- Connecting interfaces: As a central business interface, you work closely with our departments, the ICT of Balgrist University Hospital, and external technology partners
Your Profile
Connecting business, processes and technology
- Education: Degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business informatics, business engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
- Experience: Several years of experience in managing and further developing ERP/business systems as well as in digitalisation, IT or transformation projects
- ERP Competence: You understand ERP systems not only conceptually but also enjoy working hands-on on their configuration and optimisation. Experience with Odoo and Odoo Studio is an advantage
- Business & IT: You understand business processes as well as the relevant technological contexts - from system integration and interfaces to data and requirements engineering
- Working Style: You think analytically and conceptually, work independently and in a structured manner, and can drive several topics and projects in parallel
- Communication: You can bring together different interests, communicate complex matters clearly, and convince and drive change even without disciplinary leadership responsibility
