These are your tasks
- Events and Sponsorships: Coordination of Orthotec presences at sports, customer and partner events including material, promotional items and logistics management.
- Sponsorship: Administrative support and further development of sponsorship activities as well as ensuring agreed sponsorship services.
- Give-aways and promotional items: Planning, procurement and management of give-aways, promotional items and event materials.
- Website: Maintenance, updating and further development of website content in collaboration with the media technician.
- Newsletter: Content support for newsletter marketing measures.
- Content: Collaboration in the creation of communication content for Orthotec channels.
- Further development: Participation in projects and process optimisations in marketing.
This is what sets you apart
- You have successfully completed a basic training and have further education in marketing & communications (e.g. marketing specialist).
- You have proven experience in organising and coordinating events and marketing activities.
- Your pronounced organisational skills as well as a team-oriented and independent working style distinguish you.
- You have a confident command of German and a good sense for target group-oriented communication on the topics of mobility, rehabilitation, health and sport.
- You appreciate the variety between office routine and events and represent Orthotec with the necessary flexibility also on site at selected events.
- A confident handling of digital tools and common office applications rounds off your profile.
