For the Raiffeisenbank Kelleramt-Albis, a successful and locally focused bank headquartered in Oberlunkhofen with a branch office in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.Customer Advisor (m,f,d)
What can you expect?
- You conduct comprehensive consultations with customers on basic products, advise on simpler pension and investment solutions, and refer contacts to our specialists.
- Through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio, you identify customer potential and exploit it.
- According to the customer's life situation, you develop needs-based solutions.
- You welcome and advise walk-in customers spontaneously.
- You actively participate in contact campaigns and approach customers.
What do you bring with you?
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector.
- You have experience in sales and/or the financial services sector.
- You are a personality with a winning demeanour.
- You enjoy dealing with people.
