About the job
As a modern residential and nursing home with a family atmosphere, Länzerthus is home to 119 residents in need of care, mainly from the sponsoring municipalities of Rupperswil, Auenstein, Hunzenschwil and Schafisheim. Spread over 5 departments, around 140 employees provide their much appreciated services daily for the residents, relatives and external visitors.Trainer/Coach 50-60%
Tasks
- Comprehensive support of trainees in everyday nursing
- Support with school assignments
- Coordination and supervision of learning days
- Assessment and evaluation of performance records and educational reports
- Assistance in recruiting trainees
- Participation in workshops and learning forums
Requirements
- Completed training as a health specialist or certified nursing specialist HF preferred
- Trainer course and practical experience in training apprentices
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Teamwork skills
