Your Tasks
Overall responsibility with impact: You are responsible for the areas of Finance & Controlling, Hospitality, Marketing & Communication, Technical Services and ICT. In doing so, you ensure the sustainable financial management and organisational development of the clinic. You ensure that structures hold, processes function and resources are used sensibly - with the aim of developing the clinic economically stable and organisationally future-proof.
Leadership on equal footing: As a member of the clinic management, you belong to the decision-makers who create the framework in which value-oriented and professional work is possible. For this, you stay close to your areas and employees.
Strategy and development: You actively contribute to strategic issues and continuously develop financial and operational structures. You think in a networked, solution-oriented way and with a long-term perspective.
Your Profile
Experience and expertise: You have a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on corporate finance or a comparable education and training. Additionally, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience in complex organisations. Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
Passion: You convince through your active, shaping and entrepreneurial attitude. Your passion for your areas of responsibility is visible in your high communication and social skills. You can engage people, build trust and effectively accompany changes.
