Operations Manager / Project Manager in Cleaning (m/f)

About the job

You are responsible for coordinating and scheduling the deployment of the employees assigned to you. As the hub between the employees from specialist cleaning, maintenance cleaning, and our clients, you understand how to recognise and meet their needs.

Site inspections, customer contact, on-site problem solving, and the constant change between working at the desk and outside the office with customers make this position a varied role.

Tasks:

- Managing several full-time and part-time employees

- Creating weekly schedules, ensuring daily operations

- Selling specialist and maintenance cleaning services

- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships

- Preparing quotations

- Taking over and handing over sites

- Order inspections

- Timesheet and working hours checks

- Preparing invoicing

- Various administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with:

- Training as a building cleaner or relevant industry experience

- Leadership experience or at least initial experience in managing employees

- Good knowledge of common Office products

- Good German skills for writing general correspondence
