Facility Manager
To efficiently manage our steadily growing portfolio of around 130 properties, we are looking for you as an FM Manager.
Your tasks
- Construction-accompanying facility management
- Responsibility and leadership in the implementation of new properties
- Participation in FM projects or taking over project management
- Ongoing review and recalculation of FS services on the properties
- Management of real estate data (maintenance management) in CAFM
- Responsible for public tenders
Your profile
- Technical basic training and further education in facility management
- Experience in construction-accompanying facility management
- Very good IT user skills, especially in CAFM and MS Office
- Efficient and reliable working style
- Ability to remain calm even in complex and hectic situations
- Good manners and assertiveness
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
