We are looking for a committed colleague who is hands-on and supports us in the role of Coordinator for Energy and Water Metering.

• Plan and coordinate the interventions of service technicians
• Ensure coordination with installers, caretakers and administrations for commissioning, readings and service orders related to meters
• Monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Respond to enquiries and provide customer information by telephone

• Commercial training with an interest in technology, or basic technical training (ideally in the building sector)
• First experience in a coordination, planning or customer relations role
• Service-minded and customer-oriented, with a good team spirit
• Excellent communication skills and ease with telephone contacts
• Organised, thorough and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• French level C1 required; German skills are an asset
