Your new position at SWISS KRONO AG:

• Responsibility for the maintenance of machines and equipment
• Analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
• Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance work in the field of electrical engineering / automation
• Carrying out preventive maintenance measures including spare parts management
• Implementation of technical modifications and optimisations in hardware and/or software
• Professional and personnel management as well as coordination of a team of 6 employees

Your ideal qualifications:

• Completed basic training in electrical engineering or electromechanics
• Further training as a technician HF, engineer FH or comparable qualification advantageous
• Sound knowledge in automation technology, preferably with Siemens controls
• Good knowledge of drive, machine and plant technology as well as industrial communication
• Several years of leadership experience in a production or industrial company
• Structured, solution-oriented and practical way of working
• Strong communication and leadership skills
