Counseling of adolescents and career counseling of adults including viamia counseling of migrants, refugees, persons from family reunification in career choice and training questions Taking on special tasks (depending on suitability) Willingness to advocate for the concerns of those seeking advice, to network regionally and supra-regionally, and to actively keep up to date on topics related to education and the labor market
Completed further training in career, study, and career counseling (MAS) University degree, preferably a Master in Psychology Experience in a counseling context Empathetic and flexible personality who can address individual and complex issues and supports solution finding with various counseling methods Enjoyment of working in a team as well as with partners from school, social services, business, and vocational education High customer orientation combined with an independent and responsible way of working
