Manage daily financial tasks, including closings and accounts.
Support à la Carte and half-board service operations.

Skills

Completed hospitality or business training; reception experience preferred.
IT-savvy, experience with Aida or similar programs.
Fluent in German; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.

Executive Assistant starting immediately for Summer 2025 / or Winter 26
immediately or by arrangement

- Reception, attending to and bidding farewell to our lovable guests

Performing daily closings as well as accounts receivable management and cash register operations
Handling emails, phone calls, and daily incoming and outgoing mail
Support in the well-maintained à la carte and half-board service

WHAT YOU BRING, WHAT WE OFFER - You have completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial field as well as initial experience at a reception

You are IT-savvy and ideally already have experience with Aida or similar programs
You speak flawless German, perhaps even Italian or French
You enjoy working in the hotel sector and like working in a team
You are willing to work flexibly on weekends and evenings and enjoy your days off during the week -
