For our production site in Romanshorn TG, on the beautiful Lake Constance, we are looking for a helpful and friendly team player as a Automation Technician (m/f/d).

Job Description
- Independent management or participation in the processing of automation projects
- Participation in the continuous process improvement in production
- Creation and updating of technical documentation, circuit diagrams and software documentation
- Design and modelling of individual parts and assemblies
- Hardware-near programming as well as development of further software solutions
- Know-how transfer to colleagues and participation in technical training programmes for internal specialists and production staff
- Supervision of automation apprentices
Qualifications
- Completed training in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in PLC programming, ideally with Beckhoff TwinCAT
- Knowledge of C++, C# as well as frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) is an advantage
- Experience in CAD design with VISI or comparable software
- Solid knowledge in operation, programming and optimisation of linear robots (e.g. Wittmann, Krauss-Maffei or comparable manufacturers) as well as 6-axis robots (e.g. Stäubli, Kuka or comparable manufacturers)
- Experience in optimisation and support of production and automation systems
- Structured, independent working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness for continuous further training
