Your tasks
- Complete, punctual and qualitative management of salaries for a defined scope in several cantons (processing of monthly and hourly salaries) up to monthly closures
- Technical support and assistance to the managers of the assigned scope in the areas of payroll administration, social insurance and labour law
- Management of various statements and change notifications related to accident insurance, health insurance, pension fund, family allowances, withholding tax, etc.
- Execution of various personnel administration tasks (changes in the system, management and updating of personnel files, etc.)
- Management of relations with administrations, authorities and insurance companies
- Preparation of various reports and statistics
- Realisation of various statements, including the execution costs of collective agreements and withholding tax (partly via ELM)
- Advising employees and the HR team on salary and social insurance matters
Your profile
- Basic commercial training completed by relevant further education (e.g. social insurance manager certificate or HRSE Payroll Specialist certificate)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll management within a large company operating in a dynamic environment; experience with collective labour agreements (CLA) is an advantage
- Excellent numerical skills, reliable, efficient and autonomous working method
- Team-oriented personality, proactive, flexible and stress-resistant
- Excellent knowledge of French and German
- Ideally, very good knowledge of Abacus software
