For an established company in the field of climate, refrigeration and heat pump technology, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented individual for the location Uster ZH. In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with customer advice and commercial order processing.

Technical Customer Advisor Climate & Refrigeration Technology 100%

Your tasks:

• Technical and commercial support and advice for professional customers in the field of climate, refrigeration and heat pump technology
• Consultation on Mitsubishi Electric and LG climate solutions as well as support in technical product selection
• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers
• Independent recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
• Coordination of the entire order processing from order to delivery note release
• Ensuring delivery dates, prices, availability and technical execution
• Competent contact person for professional customers on technical and commercial issues

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in refrigeration, building or electrical engineering with relevant industry experience
• Mandatory professional experience in the field of climate, refrigeration and/or heat pump technology
• Sound technical understanding in the field of climate and climate solutions
• Experience in technical customer advice and customer support
• Experience in technical and commercial order processing is an advantage
• Confident understanding of offers, calculations, prices and technical product selection
• Experience with ERP systems
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communicative and solution-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
