The municipality of Teufen – an exciting employer for around 350 employees from the areas of retirement and nursing homes, education, general administration, external organizations such as Spitex and fire department – is looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality for the area

Payroll 50 – 60%, optionally with the additional option of HR administration at 80 -100%

• Processing payroll for our approx. 350 employees from the areas of administration, education, teachers as well as other organizations affiliated with the municipality, for which we handle payroll processing
• Handling social insurances (withholding tax, pension fund, AHV, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance, family allowance fund)
• Year-end tasks (declarations)
• Monthly reconciliation in cooperation with the finance administration for payroll accounting
• Responsibility for the training of our 6 commercial apprentices in cooperation with the trainers

Additional option Deputy HR administration

• Responsibility for an assigned area/department
• Recruitment of new employees
• Advising supervisors and employees on questions regarding the employment relationship
• Independent handling of administrative tasks
• Management of the time recording system, preparation of employment contracts and work certificates
• Administration and maintenance of the recruitment system
• Completed commercial training and further education in Human Resource Management (HR specialist with federal certificate) or social insurance (social insurance specialist with federal certificate) or payroll expert
• Experience and knowledge in personnel management, with a focus on payroll, social and personal insurances as well as payroll accounting
• IT affinity and ideally knowledge of the systems Infoma 4 / LOBOS or willingness to learn them
