Vocational Trainer

Full-time Vocational Trainer Nursing 80 - 100 %

• Supervision, support, and assessment of apprentices Health Specialist EFZ / Assistant Health and Social Services EBA
• Active participation in the RAI assessment with the apprentices
• Taking over daily or shift responsibility with the apprentices
• Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
• Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
• Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
• Ensuring complete, professional, and detailed care documentation in careCoach with the apprentices

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or certified nursing professional HF, experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge to colleagues and apprentices
• You are independent, competent, and value active thinking
• Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative teamwork
• Good oral and written German skills
