COLUNAS Treuhand AG is a small, personally managed fiduciary office in Steinhausen in the canton of Zug. You will work in a small team with short decision-making paths, a lot of trust and room for your own ideas. We offer you an environment where personality, initiative and development really matter.

🧡 Your focus: Payroll

• Payroll is the clear focus of your role. You take responsibility for the payroll administration of our clients and become an important contact person for all payroll matters.
• Our clients come from a wide range of industries – for example, asset management, retail and IT.
• This allows you to get to know different companies, structures and working environments. This versatility is highly valued by us.
• In payroll matters, you can contribute your expertise, develop it further and gradually take on more responsibility.
• Depending on your workload, your job will look different:
• 50–60%: Your focus is mainly on payroll.
• 70–100%: Payroll remains a focus of your tasks, complemented by general fiduciary duties such as client accounting and annual financial statements.

💡 What you bring

• A completed training as a trust officer or a similar qualification and practical experience in payroll
• You are passionate about payroll and love numbers as much as precise work
• Very good German skills; good English skills are a plus
• Experience with the payroll software Infoniqa one 50 and Bexio is an advantage
• Good MS Office/Excel skills
• Enjoy working in a team and personal exchange on site
