Your Task

You lead employees professionally and personally and focus on the quality of life of our 18 residents
Responsible for duty and deployment planning as well as close cooperation with nursing, hospitality, and family doctors
Leadership and development of a committed, collegial team
Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the ward
You lead by good example every day and motivate your team to top performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care and activation
You independently and skillfully coordinate the processes for optimal care quality

What You Bring

You are an empathetic leader with joy in structure, quality, and humanity? Then a role with depth, closeness, and perspective awaits you with us
Training as a certified nurse HF
Clear communication, appreciative leadership style, and reliability
Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
Experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia
You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
You think economically and have good RAI knowledge
You work process-oriented and maintain benevolent clear communication
