Shape the future of a global player that inspires the most diverse industries with its integrated, customer-specific customizable mechanical engineering solutions – whether polymer, (petro-)chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry. Your Mission
In this newly created position, you actively implement lean and improvement initiatives and bring noticeable efficiency to our daily processes.
You work directly with production, engineering, and supply chain – not as a coach, but as a doer.
Your Tasks
- You analyze processes along the value chain using lean tools (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Gemba Walks).
- You lead concrete improvement projects and independently implement measures – from the idea to sustainable implementation.
- You monitor KPIs and identify weaknesses in processes, material flows, and production organization.
- You develop standards, visualizations, and work instructions that permanently ensure efficiency and quality.
- You work closely with plant and department managers to make improvements measurable and visible.
Your Profile
- Technical or business degree or equivalent education with a focus on production, process management, or lean.
- 3–7 years of practical experience in the lean / continuous improvement environment, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Confident handling of lean methods (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, Root Cause, Visual Management).
- Hands-on mentality: You get involved, go into production, and drive topics operationally forward.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus, but your practical experience and implementation strength are more important.
What We Offer
- A newly created key role where you can really make a difference.
- International collaboration in a modern, technical environment.
- Individual onboarding, further training, and scope for design.
- Contribution to public transport subscription or free parking.
- Discounted meals in our canteen.
You can expect a technical environment in an international company.
We only accept direct applications via the career portal of our parent company Dover.
