Here you will be involved
in independently handling a variety of administrative tasks such as mail and email management, service checks, insurance inquiries, controlling, as well as electronic dispatch of discharge reports
in processing and checking discharge documents
- as a competent contact person for general practitioners, external hospitals, as well as patients regarding administrative concerns
- in supporting and deputising for the responsible secretary in coordinating organisational and administrative tasks of the medical management of the emergency centre
- in ensuring a smooth administrative process in daily operations
You
- have completed commercial training with further education as a medical and/or hospital secretary
- have experience in a comparable role (advantageous)
- have an efficient and structured working style, even with a high workload and interconnected thinking
- possess very good PC skills, knowledge of KISIM
- are a team player, have initiative and are flexible
- have an open attitude towards technical and organisational changes
