What you will achieve

• You support us with your creativity in the area of flowers and plants and lovingly bind appealing and tasteful bouquets according to customer wishes
• You are responsible for various services (including Textile Fresh, Photo Booth, PickMup)
• You provide first-class customer service and assist our customers with various concerns, such as returns and complaints
• You ensure the high quality of our products
• If needed, you also support other store areas

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a florist or in retail
• Professional experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in the area of flowers/plants
• You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner
• You enjoy working independently and reliably
• You handle customer complaints confidently and communicate gladly and effectively
• You are creative and realise the flower wishes of our customers
• German (B1)
