Your Tasks
- You regularly plan and conduct activities.
- You initiate and accompany participatory projects with and for young people.
- You support the youth centre and assist the young people on site.
- You coordinate the operation of the youth house and manage the rental of the rooms.
- You network and work closely with schools, neighbourhood institutions, and other municipal youth services.
- A qualified professional will accompany you and ensure the quality assurance of your development.
Your Profile
- You have been admitted to the University of Applied Sciences for Social Work or the Higher Vocational School for Community Animation and are beginning a part-time course in Sociocultural Animation.
- You already have experience working with children and young people.
- You are a communicative, open, and proactive personality and enjoy working with young people.
- You like to work independently, have assertiveness, and quickly understand connections.
