For our branch in St. Gallen, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager on an 80 - 100% basis by arrangement.

What awaits you:

• You passionately shape the merchandising and ensure that our products are perfectly presented
• You order new products and bring fresh energy to the assortment
• You plan the working hours of your team together with the Store Manager
• You actively pitch in with daily tasks: till, goods receipt and customer contact are part of your role
• You are willing to occasionally support your team on weekends to ensure the achievement of store goals

What you bring:

• Training in retail or you convince us as a career changer with relevant experience
• Leadership experience and enthusiasm for leading a team
• You gladly take on responsibility and lead by example
• Fluent German (C1 level)
• Genuine joy in contact with people and a motivated, friendly and loyal personality
• You enjoy working in a team and bring everyone together
