Tasks

- Managing a demanding own portfolio
- Professional & personnel management of a small team
- Responsibility for the entire contract management – from new rentals through changes to terminations
- Monitoring budgets, costs and reporting
- Coordination of maintenance and repair work
- Maintaining constructive cooperation with owners, tenants, authorities and external partners

Requirements

- Completed further training in the real estate sector
- Several years of solid professional experience in property management
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- You are a motivated, trustworthy and independent personality
- Resilience, communication skills and networked and entrepreneurial thinking are prerequisites

IT

Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes

Languages

German: native language
English: good knowledge, both spoken and written
