As a Product Designer at Contovista, you are part of an agile team with a startup mindset and take end-to-end responsibility for the entire product design process. • End-to-end product design: You are responsible for the entire design process – from strategy through wireframes and requirements for intuitive desktop and mobile products
• User research: You conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate insights into innovative and effective product experiences
• Design systems: You develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and quality across the entire platform
• Data-driven design: You use product and usage data to derive hypotheses, identify UX problems, and make informed design decisions
• Product communication: You clearly and convincingly convey the product value to customers (banks) and are the internal and external point of contact for all product-/design-related questions
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with data science, engineering, project, sales, and marketing to ensure product developments meet both user needs and business goals

• Self-organisation and responsibility: You convince through independence, ownership, strong time management, and proactive communication
• UX and product design experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in UX/product design and are able to create visionary end-to-end journeys
• Industry experience: You are familiar with digital banking, AI platforms and/or SaaS products in the B2B environment (technical understanding is a plus)
• AI competencies: You already naturally integrate AI into your design process and continuously develop your working methods with the latest technologies
• Data-driven design: You are enthusiastic about using data and best practices to support your work
• Storytelling: You can convincingly present concepts in both German and English, inspiring customers (banks) as well as internal stakeholders
