The forward-looking electrical installation company, which has locations in both Baden and Olten, employs around 40 staff. The two rivers in the company name, Aare and Limmat, refer to the two locations.

In conversation with the four owners, it becomes clear what the management team values. "You can rely on us." We only leave the workplace when everything works." Tobias Studer, Service Manager at the Baden location and vocational trainer, aptly adds: "You can rely on us." Punctuality is not just a buzzword for the employees of Aare Limmat Elektro AG but is lived every day.

The management team agrees that their customers, including many well-known large companies, deserve added value. "With our customers, we strive for future-oriented, long-term partnerships," emphasises Markus Hubmann, Project Manager at the Baden location. He continues: "Together with the customer, we always seek the optimal solution that also proves itself in the long term. With our experience, we want to offer the customer added value."

Thanks to the lean structures, it is also possible to execute orders efficiently and cost-effectively.

Identification of employees with the company Central to the success of Aare Limmat Elektro AG, according to those responsible, are their employees. Roman Meier, Site Manager in Baden, is convinced: "Employees are the greatest asset of our company. This is part of our corporate culture, and we live it accordingly. When every employee identifies with our company, we achieve the best for our customers. Because happy employees deliver quality." Tobias Studer explains: "That is why we also invest heavily in the training and further education of our employees." From summer 2018, Aare Limmat Elektro AG will train eleven apprentices in the professions of Electrician EFZ and Assembly Electrician EFZ.
