The LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern with additional branches in Biel and Thun, as well as our concept store MAGGS in Bern. To strengthen our team on the ground floor in Bern, we are looking for a competent personality as of October 1, 2024, or by arrangement 

Department Manager: Leather Goods/Accessories 100% (m/f/d)

Would you like to support our sales management with your leadership experience and continuously inspire our customers with your professionalism and your trend/fashion expertise?

Your tasks:

• You lead the departments according to the specifications of the sales management
• You ensure optimal, smooth sales and customer service
• You support the sales management in leading the sales staff
• You assist in mentoring our retail trainees
• You help with assortment design/monitoring (reassort)
• You inspire as a host and live this on the sales floor
• You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the area of leather goods/accessories
• You create an attractive sales atmosphere and help generate new regular customers
• You operate the cash register professionally
• You manage and present our men's fashion assortment
• You support the sales management in general administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a retail specialist, preferably in the leather goods or textile sector
• You have already gained initial leadership experience
• You are a trend/fashion-interested personality with a winning demeanor, impeccable manners, and a well-groomed, fashionable appearance
• You enjoy organization and selling, as well as having a feel for our customers
• You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated, and motivated
• You have confident German language skills (any additional language is appreciated by our international clientele)
