About the job

Your main tasks:

• Maintenance work and repairs in the building and outdoor area
• Carrying out upkeep and maintenance work on electrical and building services systems and installations
• Assistance with gardening work
• Inspection and maintenance of medical devices
• Collaboration/assistance with documentation in building management
• Disposal and cleaning tasks
• Setting up resident and meeting rooms
• Training apprentices in facility maintenance

Your skills / qualifications

• Completed training in a craft profession or as a facility maintenance specialist or maintenance technician (electronic knowledge advantageous)
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Very good German language skills
• Good IT skills in Office programmes
• Experience in healthcare advantageous
• Driving licence advantageous

• On-call duty readiness and a strong service orientation with good interpersonal skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Independent working
• Flexibility

• Empathy for elderly people
