Tasks
- Managing the logistics of stability studies
- Receiving shipments
- Setting up studies, analyses, and product specifications in LIMS
- Managing logistics (storage, sample retrieval, shipping, etc.)
- Assisting in the operation and maintenance of the stability facility
- Aliquoting
- Weight loss analyses
- Visible particles analyses
- Reviewing study protocols
- Photostability studies
- Communication with internal and external contacts
- Clarifications with the customer
- Support before and during the storage of stability studies
- Active participation in projects to improve processes
Requirements
- Chemical laboratory technician EFZ or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the analytical-pharmaceutical environment
- GMP knowledge
- Strong service-oriented organizational talent
- High quality awareness
- Precise working method, resilient, communicative, and customer-oriented
- Proficient PC user skills
- LIMS knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to be on call
- Good German and English skills
