Branch Manager (m/f/d) Pest Control

Your Responsibilities

• Leading people: You lead and develop the employees of the branch and strengthen teamwork.
• Ensuring quality: You are responsible for quality management according to ISO 9001 and EN 16636 and further develop it.
• Implementing strategy: You translate corporate goals into concrete measures for the branch.
• Managing the business: You are responsible for the budget, analyse business management key figures, and control costs and results.
• Shaping growth: You promote the economic development of the branch.
• Strengthening service: You ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Leadership experience in an operational service company or a technical-craft environment, ideally with service or field teams.
• Technical or commercial understanding with appropriate further training or a comparable qualification.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in using budgets and business management key figures to steer the business.
• Confident use of digital tools and common IT applications.
• Experience in quality management.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Strong communication skills, decisive and structured working style.
• Open to continually learning new subject areas.
