Your tasks
- Ensuring forward-looking, compliant bed, OR intervention and transfer dispatching
- Supporting and deputising the team leader and taking over leadership responsibility in their absence
- Coordinating day-to-day business
- Supporting quality management
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile
- Tertiary qualification (HF/FH or equivalent) in healthcare or a related field, leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Several years of experience in an acute hospital and understanding of complex clinical and administrative interfaces
- Leadership experience as well as experience in guiding and supporting employees is an advantage
- Good knowledge of clinical processes, patient flow, capacity management and experience with IT/planning systems
- High communication, coordination and social skills, analytical thinking, assertiveness and solution-oriented action
